Department: Sales | Location: Esch-sur-Alzette | Contract: 12-month fixed-term | Job Requisition N° 19866 Your tasks • You provide support to CSC agents on quality issues and complex customer requests • You share accurate, valid and complete data to internal interlocutors related to customer satisfaction, sales processes, MaCo process and other related topics • You collaborate with the Business Process Expert and participate in data quality activities to exchange, share, communicate the made observations • You ensure regular analysis of all exception cases (BPEM, Contract Management, Welcome Letter, Goodbye Letters, SEPA…) to be processed manually • You detect and assist in the correction of erroneous data • You propose process improvements based on your analysis • You participate in…
