Programme Application Coordination Ensure that applications used by the planning department are fully functional, up to date, and operating efficiently. Together with the software developers and vendors, manage configuration, upgrades, and routine system health checks. Act as the primary point of contact with end-users for resolving technical issues: diagnose software bugs, contact developers or vendors to support them to solve the issue, manage incident tickets on daily basis, and restore services as soon as possible, follow up with end-users to ensure that incident has been properly corrected. Keep the user community always informed of latest software development and status. Create comprehensive training materials, documentation, and user guides, and ensures that they are always kept up …
