About the role Our Warehouse Site Leader are the beating heart of our daily operations on site. You will work closely with the management team to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure the smooth running of our Hop sites. You will be responsible for ensuring that all of our loyal customers receive their basic necessities as quickly as possible. What you'll be doing Your responsibilities will include - Supervise that all orders are picked up on time. - Manage store openings and closures - Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly. - Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders to be sent to our customers. - Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded. - Empty deliveries according to the proce…
