Il primo Manutentore (o Responsabile degli impianti tecnici) sarà la figura incaricata di seguire l'hotel sotto il profilo della manutenzione. In particolare ma non in modo esclusivo dovrà garantire il funzionamento degli impianti tecnologici, effettuare piccole riparazioni di primo intervento (elettriche o idrauliche), organizzare le maestranze specialistiche esterne (dal preventivo alla verifica del corretto intervento). Il candidato ideale è una persona con una buona manualità e attitudine al problem solving. Caratteristiche imprescindibili sono senso del dovere e dell'ordine.
