WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Italian team in Milan. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU A: Financial & Administrative Property Management Invoice, collect, and manage all rental and service charge payments while ensuring smooth cash flow. Oversee lease administration—from contract setup to enforcement, renewals, and handovers. Provide monthly financial reporting, including rent arrears, expenses, and service charge breakdowns. Manage rental adjustments, including indexation and income tracking. Prepare service charge reports, differentiating recoverable and non-recoverable costs, and oversee landlord expense accountability.…
