Job Requirements The opportunity Are you an experienced maintenance leader ready for a role where your decisions directly influence reliability, safety and operational performance? At LANXESS in Latina, you will take ownership of the maintenance function for our Lubricant Additives production site. This is a visible leadership role for someone who enjoys working close to operations, leading people and improving the long-term performance of industrial assets. You will lead an established multidisciplinary maintenance team, coordinate external contractors and work closely with Production, Engineering and HSE. The role is hands-on enough to stay connected to the plant, and strategic enough to shape maintenance priorities, reliability improvements and future site development.…
