We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to support the Maintenance and CAPEX Organization by improving asset reliability, developing maintenance strategies, and providing engineering expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. The ideal candidate will also participate in a development program called Growing in Manufacturing, focused on learning through on-the-job experience though process, specialty and factory rotations. Key Responsabilities Reliability Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes (RCA). Develop and implement corrective actions to improve asset reliability. Monitor equipment performance through KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability). Identify recurring failures and propose permanent technical solutions.…
