The Brand CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting customer data management and analytics activities for part of Max Mara Group's brands. It implements the guidelines of the Corporate CRM Director and the Data Scientist in order to implement the construction of a centralized customer database at WW level for all the Group's brands. It has a holistic vision of the consumer, the result of an approach of excellence. The quality of service and the integrated approach to interaction become the levers of perception as a reference benchmark for all the brands belonging to the Group. The role has a strategic vision of the company and is able to bring out interesting data-driven insights and implement effective data-driven Brand CRM policies.
