Responsibilities: Assist in developing technical designs for merchandising solutions, including necessary customizations. Support project leads on merchandising deliveries in Italy, maintaining regular client contact and follow-ups. Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to provide technical support and build strong customer partnerships. Onboard, train, and support new or existing customers on merchandising products. Work with the delivery team to respond professionally to client inquiries. Compile and deliver documentation for methodology questions and frequently asked questions.
