The Learning and Development Partner work in close partnership with leaders and teams to assess capability needs and co-create learning solutions that build individual and organisational capability. The role provides trusted advisory support to stakeholders, designing, delivering, and embedding learning programmes that drive business performance. Using learning platforms, tools, and evidence-based design principles, the Learning Partner creates practical, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across the organisation. The role evaluates learning impact using data, feedback, and performance indicators, using insights to continuously improve programme design and demonstrate value to the business.
