Role Description Support the analysis and delivery of the organisation's migration from 32-bit to 64-bit COBOL and associated systems. Produce estimates for requirements where required. Develop new functionality and enhancements in line with agreed standards. Create functional design specifications and/or user stories. Follow code quality, data quality and unit testing standards. Identify and implement integration and automation tests as required. Participate in peer reviews. Support and mentor junior colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team. Provide system test support when code is migrated to System Test, including SIR resolution. Assist with test and production releases.
