SCRUM Master Glanbia Enterprise Solutions Role Overview The Scrum Master is responsible for orchestrating multiple Product teams through the delivery lifecycle to realise valuable technology solutions for the Business. They are a facilitator, coach, and problem solver to their Product teams, ensuring they adhere to agreed delivery practices, foster self-organisation, and overcome delivery obstacles. They foster a culture of continuous improvement within their Product teams, whilst advocating for the broader adoption of Agile methodologies and practices across the organisation. This opportunity reports to the Head of Technology Value Stream Key Responsibilities Creates and Runs key Product team ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives…
