This is a full time, permanent position. Shift work is required for this role, Working a biweekly rotating shift pattern, which is: All shifts 14:00 – 02:00 Week 1: either Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday. OR Week 1: 02:00 – 14:00 Monday & Tuesday then 08:00 – 20:00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Week 2: 14:00 – 02:00 Wednesday & Thursday. As a Process Science Shift Team Lead you will lead a Professional Scientific Services (PSS) team of Process Science laboratory Technicians staff to ensure that team is operating at the highest quality and productivity standards, has high morale and retention, and the agreed client requirements are entirely satisfied and that client expectations are met or exceeded through effective leadership and quality operational ma…
