This role combines key elements of 2 existing roles into on role.... 1. the current Facilities & Workplace Coordinator Role (July 2026 Leaver) and... 2. the Business Operations Administrator -Fixed term contract to Oct 2026 Acting as the primary point of contact for all office, fleet and facilities-related queries, this onsite role ensures the smooth day-to-day running of operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-managed workplace. In addition, supported areas of Business Operations will include logistics & inventory management as well as invoice portal entry.
