This is a key role that involves tracking sample shipments, managing shared mailboxes, liaising with internal labs, processing additional testing requests, handling test code updates, and maintaining accurate records to ensure traceability and compliance. You will proactively resolve issues, escalate discrepancies when needed, and support continuous improvement across sample registration and preparation processes while upholding data integrity, ISO 17025 standards, and all Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental requirements This is a one year fixed term contract. Working part time 25 hours per week - 10:00 till 15:00 Monday to Friday.
