The Telemetry Maintenance Technician responds to outstation failures, diagnoses problems, and keeps Uisce Éireann's telemetry estate running. You'll work on site troubleshooting equipment, perform remote diagnostics and reboots, swap hardware when needed, and update tracking systems for operational insight. You report to the Telemetry Maintenance Lead. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to outstation failure alerts and incidents, diagnose root causes on site and remotely Troubleshoot communications, power, and hardware issues across the outstation estate Perform remote reboots and system resets via remote access systems Swap and replace hardware (modems, outstations, network equipment, cabling) at field sites Test systems after maintenance to confirm functionality Update ServiceNow…
