Position Description This role represents a significant opportunity for an experienced people leader to guide one of Electric Ireland’s core Residential Billing and Database teams during a pivotal period of Organisational and industry change. In support of ESB’s strategic objectives of decarbonizing electricity, building resilient infrastructure and empowering clients, this role plays a central part in ensuring the integrity of billing processes, market data and customer communications.
