THE ROLE & THE TEAM As a Candidate Experience Partner (also referred to as Talent or Recruitment Coordinator), your primary responsibility involves assisting a team of Recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews. The main goal is to ensure a seamless recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, emphasising the creation of a positive candidate experience. In this role, you will work closely with the Recruiters / Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers or interview committee to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process.
