Position Description Facilities Management (FM), within Enterprise Services, manages building services across approximately 116 ESB premises, including maintenance, lifecycle replacement, capital works, refurbishment and soft services. Capital Works and Demand jointly manage project intake, delivery routes and programme delivery, supported by internal and external multidisciplinary resources. FM delivers minor and capital works including fit-outs, security, building services, fire safety, energy upgrades and whole-building improvements supporting ESB’s Net Zero Strategy. This commercially focused Quantity Surveyor role will support FM’s capital works programme, with responsibility for cost governance, contract management, commercial assurance and value for money.
