As a Lead, Growth Marketing, you'll set the strategic direction and quality bar for experimentation across the Self-Serve developer journey with a heavy emphasis on monetization and engagement motions. You have deep expertise in product-led growth, and you know how to turn that expertise into a prioritized roadmap while leading a team that levels up under your coaching. You're obsessed with customer success and you hold the team's work to that same bar. You bring a strong point of view on the customer journey and you're comfortable with ambiguity. You've done the IC work yourself, including dynamic segmentation and personalized messaging across email, in-product, and web for B2B SaaS/developer audiences, and now you want to multiply that impact through strategy, prioritization, and people.…
