Role Reporting to Ireland Transfer Agency Reconciliations, Settlements and Banking Services Manager, the Settlements team Manager will lead a multi-location team responsible for the end-to-end oversight of Transfer Agency Payment Activities, ensuring all investor transactions are executed accurately within strict deadlines and in full compliance with regulatory, client and internal control requirements. The role provides operational leadership across Ireland and offshore teams with accountability for risk, controls, service delivery, and continuous improvement.
