We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Onsite IT Support Engineer, Specialist to join our team. This role is located in Dublin. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide technical support for corporate users onsite in the Dublin office, including incident and request management, ensuring technical resolution and service restoration through use of administrative tools Provide guidance and expertise to resolve technical faults across hardware and software environments, assisting users appropriately and following up on IT issues accordingly Procure, build and deploy end user devices as required, recording deployments appropriately in an asset register and ticketing system, taking full responsibility for accuracy and timely updates Adhere to standard operat…
