What You’ll Do as an Assistant Product Technologist In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Support product development by ensuring adherence to best practice sample processes, quality standards, and testing requirements for home accessories. Investigate quality issues (including Gold Seal rejections and customer feedback), identify root causes, and drive timely corrective actions. Partner with suppliers on technical development, resolve queries, and implement improvement plans based on testing and performance data.
