This is a data-focused operational support role within the Boning Hall and Abattoir departments. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the operation understand and improve its performance through accurate data and reporting. What to expect in the job? Collect and validate operational production data, ensuring accuracy across reporting systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports covering production performance, yield, throughput, labour efficiency, rework, and waste. Maintain and update reporting tools, including spreadsheets, databases, and dashboards. Working closely with supervisors and management to monitor Work Orders and production results. Analyse production variances, downtime, rework, and operational losses to identify trends and issues.…
