What You’ll Do as a Purchase to Pay (P2P) GPO Analyst In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Support the P2P GPO in maintaining and enhancing global P2P processes, governance frameworks, SOPs, process maps, RACIs, and control documentation to ensure standardisation across the organisation. Monitor and analyse P2P performance through KPIs, SLAs, and control metrics, identifying trends, process gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Coordinate day-to-day P2P governance activities, including stakeholder engagement, action tracking, issue resolution, service reviews, escalations, and cross-functional collaboration.
