What you'll do DataOps & Release Management: Support the operational delivery of Primark’s Databricks, dbt Cloud and Azure data platforms by coordinating release readiness, deployment activities, promotion processes and production handovers. Monitoring & Incident Management: Monitor production data pipelines and platform services, triage incidents and alerts, coordinate escalations and support the timely resolution of operational issues to minimise business impact. Platform & Environment Support: Coordinate environment readiness, access management and operational support activities while working across Engineering, Platform, Security and SIAM teams to maintain platform stability.
