What You’ll Do as Transformation Change Analyst - Customer Availability In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Support delivery of change initiatives at project/workstream level, working across multiple projects within the same functional area, contributing to impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness activities Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and data gathering, while supporting the preparation of communications, training content, and engagement materials to guide colleagues through change Coordinate stakeholder sessions, workshops, and feedback loops, ensuring effective engagement and capturing insights on risks, resistance, and adoption themes …
