In this in person role, you will report to Waymo Operations. You will: Lead as a Technical Expert: Leverage in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting expertise to address complex issues outside of documented standard operating procedures. Engage with Waymo Engineering teams and OEM partners to resolve concerns. Provide Partner Support: Minimize vehicle downtime by managing escalations from partner technicians facing novel or complex issues. Guide these diagnostics remotely and in-person. Administer & Develop Training: Conduct on-the-job training (including train-the-trainer) to fleet service teams as a certified instructor. Assist in the continuous development of training content.…
