Aufgaben Sie erbringen Software Support per Telefon, E-Mail oder Ticketsystem rund um unsere eigenentwickelten und erfolgreichen Softwareprodukte In Zusammenarbeit mit der Softwareentwicklung sowie dem Produktmanagement analysieren und lösen Sie technische Probleme Sie agieren als technischer Berater und sind für die Erstellung und Durchführung von Problemlösungsszenarien im Team mit verantwortlich Testen von neuen und bestehenden Features / Komponenten in Dynamics CR…
