Sie entwickeln Bauprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zum Vertragsabschluss – inklusive technischer Konzeptentwicklung und Wirtschaftlichkeitsprüfung. Sie beraten Bauherren zu technischen Lösungen, Nutzungskonzepten und individuellen Anforderungen. Sie steuern die Projektentwicklung und koordinieren interne sowie externe Architekten und Fachingenieure während der gesamten Angebotsphase. Sie erstellen Baukostenkalkulationen mit modernen Tools und entwickeln wirtschaftlich überzeugende Angebote. Sie begleiten Vertragsgestaltung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Übergang in die Realisierung.…
