What you'll do As a Senior Software Engineer, Support & Integration (C++), you will join the Snke Anatomy Applications team and help ensure that our Digital Patient Model services are reliably integrated and supported in customer environments. In this role, you will handle escalated technical issues and provide third-level support through analysis, root cause investigation, and collaboration with the engineering team. You will also support legacy products through technical analysis and contribute to development work whenever support demand allows. Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues in production systems, integration setups, and internal environments. Reproduce issues, identify root causes, and provide clear technical findings to the responsible engineering team.…
