Team description SumUp's Hardware Development team builds the physical products millions of small businesses rely on every day, and this role sits right at the start of a new chapter: moving our in-house hardware onto the Android platform for the first time. This isn't a typical Android device, it's a highly customised, security-first product built from scratch, which means the person joining will help define how the operating system, drivers, and secure processor come together rather than inheriting someone else's setup. The team works closely with hardware, software, and QA engineers across the bring-up process, so this role offers a rare chance to shape a product's foundations while working alongside experienced embedded and secure processor leads.…
