About the role You will design the end-to-end learning experience behind our flagship Fellowship as it scales across new regions and cohorts as the Learning and Development Manager. Working closely with the Fellowship team, reporting into our Head of Talent Development, you will shape everything from core curriculum and mentor tools to building our train-the-trainer model and secondment pipeline. You will lead the transition to modular, scalable learning architecture, track high-impact outcomes, and take on emerging capability projects.
