As Programme Manager, you'll be the person who turns strategic direction into structured, trackable, real-world delivery. You won't manage the teams — but you'll shape how they work, what they work on, and whether the initiatives your Head of Operations is driving actually stick. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who is equally at home building a project plan, designing a process, and presenting to a VP. You'll sit across the whole of Trade Lifecycle, partnering closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and CRM to make sure the right things get built, rolled out, and embedded — not just kicked off.
