Hinter dem Wachstum steht ein kleines, schnelles Team, das seine Prozesse konsequent mit KI und eigenen Tools skaliert statt mit mehr Köpfen. Wir suchen jemanden, der unser Backoffice auf dieses Niveau hebt: Abläufe, die heute noch von Hand laufen, sind bei dir nächste Woche automatisiert. Gleichzeitig bist du unser Gesicht am Standort Grünwald und sorgst dafür, dass Technik und Büro einfach funktionieren. Wenn du KI als tägliches Werkzeug nutzt und dir kein Thema zu klein ist, um es sauber zu lösen, passt die Rolle.
