Ihre Aufgaben Du entwickelst Features und Verbesserungen für beide Seiten unserer SaaS-Applikation – sowohl im Backend (Django / Django REST Framework, FastAPI) als auch im Frontend (React / TypeScript) – dabei setzt du konsequent auf AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools wie GitHub Copilot oder Cursor, um schneller und effizienter zu liefern. Als erfahrener Softwareentwickler arbeitest du eng mit beiden Entwicklungsteams zusammen und stimmst dich mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern (Produktmanagement, UX, Vertrieb etc.) ab. Du treibst unsere AI First Development Culture aktiv mit voran: Du erforschst neue Tools, teilst Best Practices im Team und hilfst dabei, AI sinnvoll in unsere täglichen Workflows zu integrieren. Du unterstützt bei der technischen Dokumentation des Produkts.…
