Ihre Aufgaben Du verantwortest die operative Steuerung unserer Softwareentwicklung und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Backend- und Frontend-Teams zuverlässig und mit klarem Fokus liefern können. Du steuerst Planung, Kapazitäten, Abhängigkeiten und Releases und behältst den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess im Blick. Du führst unsere Development Leads und Entwicklungsteams fachlich und disziplinarisch. Du schaffst klare Verantwortlichkeiten, entwickelst Mitarbeiter weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Probleme und Blocker früh erkannt und gelöst werden.
