Software Engineer (Backend; Wholesale) In short On’s Wholesale business operates at a significant global scale. In 2025, it generated CHF 1.75 billion in net sales, representing 58.2% of On’s total revenue. Our Wholesale technology teams build and evolve the systems that support On’s B2B business, including commerce, sell-in, merchandising and sales-enablement capabilities. We are looking for a Backend Engineer who wants to understand the problems we are solving, not just implement requirements.
