We’re now looking for a BDR Leader to join our growing Marketing & Growth team. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to take direct ownership of a high-activity outbound team, personally driving the pipeline and the people behind it as we scale into 2027. What you’ll be doing: Build trust and strong working relationships with your BDRs, VP Marketing & Growth, and cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, and operations. Own the day-to-day performance rhythm for the team, monitoring and improving key metrics such as activities, meetings, conversion rates, SLA adherence, and data cleanliness to drive the team to success Leading from the front: carrying a personal pipeline-generation quota alongside your team’s target so you’re setting the standard, not just enforcing it…
