The Director Strategy & Corporate Business Development leads the development, coordination and execution of Nexperia's corporate strategy and strategic growth agenda. The role owns key elements of the corporate strategy process, long-term planning, strategic portfolio reviews, corporate business development activities and strategic projects sponsored by the Executive Management Team (EMT). Working closely with business group leaders, functional executives and senior stakeholders, the Director drives strategic alignment, challenges assumptions, translates strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and ensures robust execution against long-term value creation objectives.…
