Mit technischem Geschick begleitest du den Onboarding-Prozess neuer Kunden auf unserer any.site-Plattform – von der Einrichtung bis zur erfolgreichen ersten Nutzung. Du entwickelst und optimierst innovative Prompts sowie KI-Workflows, zum Beispiel auf Basis von LLMs, um unsere Support-Prozesse noch effizienter zu gestalten. Für Kunden und das interne Team erstellst und pflegst du verständliche technische Onboarding-Materialien, Tutorials sowie eine umfassende Wissensdatenbank. Die sorgfältige Pflege unserer Kundendaten in HubSpot gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Entwicklung von Automatisierungs-Workflows zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität.
