Role Description The Securities & Redemptions Officer plays a key role in the effective management of post completion activities, undertaking all relevant post completion requirements relating to all Allica Lending products. Including, for example, Land Registry checks, Redemptions, Releases, Lease reviews and annual reviews. Principal Accountabilities Supporting the Team Lead with Securities and Redemption. Delegated authority – this could be for agreed 4eye checks, redemption sign offs, lease reviews. First point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries, triaging before hand off to team Lead. Reviewing procedure guides to ensure up to date processes are captured. Act as the first point of contact for Securities and Redemption queries.…
