To support our further growth in Germany, Amplifon is looking for further talents to support our Retail Excellence Team as Sales Performance Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg. Key responsibilities: Drive Country Commercial Planning: define the business planning in synergy with Sales, Marketing and HR, ensuring perfect execution end to end along the funnel (from appointment to conversion). Foster a continuous performance dialogue: constantly monitoring commercial KPIs, encouraging proactive performance improvement and intelligent benchmarking, being in charge, along with the IT department, of IT systems and platform related to commercial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, sales incentives calculation, etc.…
