Als Teamleitung (m/w/d) führst und entwickelst Du Dein regionales Vertriebsteam, förderst die individuellen Stärken Deiner Mitarbeitenden und schaffst gemeinsam die Basis für nachhaltigen Vertriebserfolg. In enger Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung gestaltest Du die Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in Deiner Region aktiv mit und behältst dabei nachhaltiges Wachstum im Blick. Du steuerst regionale Vertriebsaktivitäten strategisch und zielgerichtet, um Umsatz, Ergebnis und Marktanteile nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln.
