Als PreMaster-Student erarbeitest du Go-to-Market-Strategien für Kugelgewindetriebe, mit besonderem Fokus auf die BASA Performance Line, sowie für Rundführungen, hier insbesondere die Kugelbüchsen. Du definierst dabei Produkt- und Marktanforderungen präzise, erstellst detaillierte Wertstromkonzepte und erarbeitest umfassende Vertriebsstrategien. Des Weiteren übernimmst du die Portfolioarbeit, indem du das bestehende Produktportfolio kritisch hinsichtlich kunden-, markt-, technik- und preisspezifischer Anforderungen überprüfst, um dessen Marktgerechtigkeit sicherzustellen. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört außerdem die Erstellung von Schulungskonzepten für Sales-Mitarbeitende im Bereich Kugelgewindetriebe und Rundführungen, um deren Produktkenntnisse und Vertriebsfähigkeiten zu optimieren.…
