Your tasks: As Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing ECC’s enterprise-wide risk management framework. Together with your team, you will ensure that risk management supports sustainable business growth, informed decision-making, and compliance within a dynamic and highly regulated environment. In this leadership role, you will define and continuously enhance the strategic and methodological direction of ERM, overseeing the development of risk frameworks, processes, and policies.
