In Ihrer Rolle als Teamassistenz unterstützen Sie das Team unserer Geschäftsstelle Aachen und übernehmen allgemeine, administrative Sekretariats Aufgaben, bspw. in Form der allgemeinen Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Partnern, der Terminkoordination oder der Planung von Geschäftsreisen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Bestellung von Büromaterial, der Abrechnung von Reisekosten und der allgemeinen Rechnungsbearbeitung in unserer hauseigenen Software. Unser lokales Marketing unterstützen Sie organisatorisch-administrativ durch die Organisation von Veranstaltungen verschiedener Art, der Bestellung von Werbemitteln oder der Koordination von Fotoaktionen Profil Sie sind in Deutschland…
