Im Rahmen deiner Masterarbeit führst du experimentelle Untersuchungen zur physikalischen Charakterisierung verschiedener 316L-Pulver durch. Dabei analysierst du die Partikelform, die Korngrößenverteilung und die Rieselfähigkeit präzise. Du erstellst statistische Versuchspläne (DoE) für die systematische Variation kritischer Prozessparameter wie Laserleistung, Scangeschwindigkeit und Spurabstand. Darüber hinaus begleitest du den Druckprozess auf unseren hochmodernen LPBF-Anlagen aktiv und überwachst dabei kontinuierlich die relevanten Prozessdaten. Nach der Fertigung präparierst du die gedruckten Probekörper metallografisch und analysierst deren Dichte, Schmelzbadmorphologie sowie Defekte mittels Lichtmikroskopie.…
