We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist (m/f/x) supporting our central functions in our European Headquarters Munich or Sailauf. Job Responsibilities: Responsibility for all personnel-related issues throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related topics Maintain and update employee records, contracts and HR documentation in compliance with German labor law Preparation, review, and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, and supplementary agreements Administration of HR systems (SAP, personnel management system e.g.: Workday) and personnel files Prepare HR controlling and Headcount reporting Support and backup-role for preparation of monthly payroll accounting Who we are looking…
