Für unsere Abteilung Retail Backoffice suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Bereich RETAIL BACK OFFICE (m/w/d) Als Teil unseres operativen Innendienst-Teams fungieren Sie als Bindeglied zwischen dem Tankstellen-Außendienst, unseren Tankstellenpartner/Innen und den internen zentralen Abteilungen wie Finanz, Kredit, Buchhaltung, IT und Legal. Das erwartet Sie: Zielgerechte, sorgfältige und richtlinienkonforme Abwicklung vertraglicher, buchhalterischer, abrechnungsrelevanter sowie finanzieller Prozesse Betreuung unseres zentralisierten Kundenbeschwerdemanagements Optimierung sowie Effizienzsteigerung verschiedener abteilungsübergreifenden Prozesse Kommunikation mit unseren Tankstellenpartnern sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg/Innen von anderen Teams Das suchen wir:…
